Our Story

It started late one night; a beer-fueled conversation between two lifelong friends—tunes, a fridge full of beer, and a piqued interest with the brews that they were drinking. As the music cranked and they swapped stories of skateboarding & snowboarding triumphs (and a few fails), the idea hit them like a well-timed trick: "Why are we drinking these beers when we could try to make something as good, if not better." After a failed attempt to enlighten an already canned Chocolate stout, it was decided to move ahead with proper brewing. And just like that, Deck Beer Brewing Co. was born—straight out of passion, creativity, and a shared commitment to making great beer for everyone to enjoy.

So, what drives Deck Beer? Well, it’s the love of good beer, good music, and great company. It's about staying true to who they are—two guys who found their calling while drinking beer and pushing each other to try new things (like launching a business with no idea how to brew beer at the time, but hey–that’s part of the fun). Whether they’re playing with new recipes or hanging out listening to some to tunes in the basement, they’re always chasing that perfect balance between creativity and quality.
